Richard Fletcher
Richard is a 30 year old who was unfortunate to be cursed with the body
of a malnourished twig growing up.
At the age of 19 Richard decided enough was enough - he was going to
bulk up.
Unfortunately...he quickly discovered it wasn't that simple.
Richard naively expected to throw a few weights around and become a monster within
a week or two.
Not so.
Richard struggled with a lack of results until his mid 20s...when he had a
'lightbulb over the head' moment.
After talking to a bunch of big guys that used to be skinny, he realised they all had something
in common:
In order to get big...they simply worked hard and ate like a starving horse - every day
- for 3-6 months.
No crazy workout programs involving swiss balls, no training 15 times a week, no other weird
stuff...
...just simple stuff, the old fashioned way.
Richard did the same...and gained 11 pounds in the first 4 weeks.
He went on to gain 42 pounds and in early 2008 created the 'Laser Targetted Muscle Builder' - a
simple, but scarily effective bulking up system, all posted on a horrendously ugly one page
website.
Since then, that very system has helped close to 1500 skinny guys go from skinny to muscular in
no time at all.

George Harris
Who is George?
George is a normal guy who loves training. Training himself or
others, it's all good.
Starting nearly 20 years ago, George has a deep interest in how to
train the body to get results. A keen rugby player from the age of 6, at 13 George was getting serious about
rugby and wanted to improve his physical ability to play the game.
He started where most lads do and asked his dad what to do to get
stronger.
Fortunately his dad had some experience of lifting weight as his
father had been a professional wrestler and bodybuilder in the 1950's and 60's, and had passed on some of his
knowledge.
Starting with a simple kit of a bench and a barbell, George learnt
the basics quickly, took to the idea of using weights get strong and quickly did so.
For the next few years George experimented with different training
styles, went to all the local gyms (where he learnt how badly some people train) and trained his
friends.
It was only when a series of courses about sports science were put on
that he realised that learning about training was not only easy, but also fun. Things just seemed to make sense,
both intellectually and practically.
The skill of seeing or hearing what someone else was describing and
the trying it on inside was already there (this is something that the best coaches and athletes can do).
Deciding that he wanted to train people professionally, George went
to a local college and got a two year diploma in Exercise science, then went to university and got a degree in
Sports Science, during these 5 years George also worked in a gym and learnt to apply the theory he was
learning.
During the years of working as personal trainer, George had the
opportunity to vary and experience the effectiveness and ineffectiveness of nearly every method currently
known.

Still not satisfied with the results he was getting, George decided
to try and find out what was going in in people's heads.
So he began a journey of massive discovery into the fascinating world
of coaching, NLP and Hypnotherapy.
