No, no wounder you haven't grown much. You need to stick with 6-8 reps 4-6 sets in order to increase muscle mass. 10-15 reps to tone so all your doing is toning.

---------
George replies
What lack of growth are you referring to?
Where is your evidence for having to stick to 4-6 sets? What happens when you need to change? Or don't you believe that we need to change, just always do 4-6 of 6-8 reps?
What does 'toning' mean? And why should 10-15 reps promote 'toning'?

I await your reply.

Hi George, I know exactly what you mean about the Collapse. I got very close to this point around day 5 of the diet cycle. Definately 'hit the wall' but from what I can tell so far, this diet works well in terms of results!

Hey, im 15 and im 5'11 but im only 112lb's, obviously at my age i want to impress, but i cant cause no matter how much i eat, i never gain any mass,
i can see my bone's sticking out (collarbone, wrists, ribs) and i just want to gain muscle i guess, it would really help me if you could suggest a diet plan i could try and stick to cause im sick of being commented on how skinny i am..
Thankyou,
Mikey.

Hi Dan. It's nearly always in the diet. If you jot down exactly what you're eating, at what time in the day, I can advise of any tweaks you might want to make. Your natural body type is almost exactly the same as me, if that's any consolation...

I workout with a trainer two times a week, and we mix it up between strength training, cardio and core fitness. When I am not at the gym I work out to get a half-hour to an hour focusing on cardio training. It's important to eat wholesome, but within reason. I want to make wholesome juice drinks within the morning and afternoon, and then consume a normal dinner. Everything in moderation, including moderation I say.

I'am naturally lean, not an ectomorph. Iam 30 years old now. I too would like to have that atletic look as opposed to the bodybuilder look. I tend to bulk up fast the first few weeks of eating healthy combined with exercise. My natural weight is 180 pounds. Im wondering how i can "Realistically" put on 30 pounds, or at least 25. Ive wanted to be over 200 pounds since i was 15. The closest i got to was 192 when i was 19 years old.
