Are You Persistent Enough?
In the book ‘Think and Grow Rich’, Napoleon Hill talks about how desire fuels persistence.
When you really really want something, and you keep that desire close to you, you tend to find a way to make it happen.
The reason most people fail isn’t a lack of knowledge – it’s a lack of persistence. The difference between a successful and an unsuccessful person is that the successful person does the right things, day in day out, consistently.
Even if they don’t see the results they are looking for immediately, they have faith that if they do the right things for long enough, the results will come over time.
The unsuccesful person however, tends to get discouraged easily if results don’t go his way, and quits.
This site has all the information you need to bulk up – there’s the free ecourse that gives you the diet and workout plan. There’s the motivation course, to actually show you how to enjoy working out (it is possible, believe it or not). There’s even the contact form, where you can ask us any questions that are bothering you.
And yes, it does go directly to us – we are real guys, and this isn’t some super clever auto-responder.
But what we can’t give you is persistence, determination or tenacity. The ability to keep on going…to keep on snapping away at your goals like a yappy terrier dog.
We give you the tools, and you need to have the faith that if you follow the right methods for long enough, the results will come.
Most people fail because they give up too soon. Because they don’t look like Arnie after 2 weeks of working out, they move on to the next ‘magic’ workout plan…and the next…and the next.
I’ve found there are 2 simple steps to achieve any goal:
- Find out the actions necessary to achieve the goal
- Take those actions, as many times as it takes to get to your goal
The most effective way of achieving number 1) is to find someone who used to be where you’re at, and has managed to get to where you want to be, and find out exactly what they did.
Then simply follow their system.
Most ‘big’ goals, whether it’s getting a perfect body, building a business from scratch or learning a musical instrument to virtuoso level can nearly always only be achieved by following a number of small, simple actions, day in, day out over a long enough period of time.
In the context of the gym, that’s simply working out in the right way, and eating the right stuff, for at least a few months. When you put it like that, does getting in shape now sound so difficult?

How swiftly can I see muscle definition?

It depends how you define ‘muscle definition’.
Most skinny guys have muscle definition already – many of them, with their shirts off, look pretty ripped.
Trouble is, in normal clothing, they look like a malnourished stick. The idea is to add mass, in large quantities. Most of this will be muscle, but some will be fat – it’s an unavoidable part of bulking.
Then you cut off the fat later (it’s pretty easy – takes a couple of weeks).
