In the Blog post about Ronnie Colemans workouts I forgot something very interesting.
He is shown (and talks about) doing a split routine. He does it as follows:
Shoulders,
Back and Biceps,
Chest and Triceps,
Legs.

Recently I injured my hip, it was a simple thing, just a quick forwad bend to see how tight my hams and back felt, before I did my workout.
